Quarters is only meant as a game. While it could be used to make money in bar settings (if one is brave enough). It is not intended to promote gambling or to give anyone an unfair advantage in gaming -- which it does!
Quarters is intended as a polite game to be played between friends and only requires 12 coins to play. If you have three dollars in quarters, then you can play this game anywhere and anytime.

The computer programs (hereinafter referred to as product) provided to you have been copyrighted by Sperling Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Sperling). As such, this product is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Copyrighted material (i.e., product) cannot be copied, in any manner whatsoever, without the written permission of the individual, or entity, who holds the copyright. Therefore, this notice is your written permission to copy and distribute said product "as is". Permission is not granted to alter this product in any way or fashion whatsoever.
You are entitled to use this product for your own use, but may not sell reproductions of the product to other parties in any way, nor rent, nor lease the product to others without the prior written permission of Sperling. Permission is not granted for you to reproduce this product for sale or resale. However, permission is granted for you to reproduce this product for "free of charge" distribution.
Agreement
This letter is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Sperling. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, promptly return the product to Sperling.
Implied Warranties
Sperling warrants only that the product provided conforms to current AI techniques used by Sperling. No other warranties, expressed or implied, shall be binding on Sperling.
No Consequential Damages
Sperling shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or other damages, even if Sperling is advised of or aware of the possibility of such damages. This means that Sperling shall not be responsible or liable for lost profits or revenues, or for damages or costs incurred as a result of loss of time or use of this product, or from any other cause except the actual cost of the product. In no event shall Sperling's liability exceed the purchase price of this product (which, in this case is zip!).
